Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information the Metro Parking app ("the app", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Metro Parking collects only the information needed to register guest parking permits on your behalf and to operate the app:

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or any advertising identifiers. The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.
2. How your information is used and shared
When you register a vehicle, the app sends your license plate, email, phone number, unit address, and passcode to the parking management provider that operates your property's guest parking system (PropertyBoss, propertyboss.io). This is necessary to create the parking permit you requested. We do not control that provider's handling of data; please refer to your property management's privacy practices.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with any party other than the parking provider described above for the purpose of fulfilling your parking request.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Metro Parking Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment card details. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
4. Data retention and deletion
Most of your data is stored only on your device. You can remove it at any time:
- Delete Account in Settings erases your saved information (vehicles, contact details, passcode, parking history) from the device and signs you out.
- Deleting the app removes its on-device data, except information stored in iCloud Keychain, which you can manage in iOS Settings.
- Calendar reminders the app created can be removed individually or by canceling the related parking.
5. Children's privacy
Metro Parking is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
